We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Thank you for your purchase from Coastal Cable Rails. We appreciate your business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please see the full details below regarding our return policy and process.
You can return your item 2 days from the date you received it.
Items that can’t be returned include: All Posts, and anything that has been used/cut.
For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the purchased item.
You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Coastal Cable Rails strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
Coastal Cable Rails does not charge restocking fees.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Coastal Cable Rails will process your return. Please allow at least 5 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Coastal Cable Rails will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
